Great customer service from Owen's cooling. My air was out when I got home from work yesterday. I called the company left voice-mail. Got an immediate response from the owner. He showed up at my door in the early morning before I was leaving for work. He fixed my air conditioner. I was able to go to work and know my air was up and running and I didn't have to worry about my dogs being in a hot house all day. I can't say enough how great the customer service was. Thank you, Owen's cooling!! I'm glad I bought my air-conditioner and air handler from this Company.

This company did an excellent job! First off, their prices were very reasonable, they communicated well throughout the entire job from the beginning until the inspection day, and the job was very clean and well done. I will definitely recommend it. The owner did the installation personally, and on the day of the inspection, I was called to let the inspector know along the way, and the owner called again when everything was done and approved. Outstanding!

This company is definitely one of the best. Their prices are very reasonable, they obtained the permit from the city, the business owner personally did the installation with an assistant, and she knows her job inside and out. She stayed in communication throughout the entire process until the day of the inspection.
